• Improvement of symptoms of chronic idiopathic urticaria;
• It acts immediately, the maximum concentrations after oral administration are reached after 20-60 minutes;
• It does not affect the state of wakefulness in usual doses;
• Minimal anticholinergic and antiserotoninergic effects.
